As the Operations Manager, Mr. M.E. Masha is responsible for overseeing the daily operations across our professional health care services, civil engineering works and logistics divisions. With extensive expertise in project management and operational efficiency, he ensures that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
T o ensure that we deliver excellence, a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence is undertaken by Mr. Masha, optimizing resources and coordinating closely with project managers, site supervisors, and healthcare professionals to streamline processes, manage logistics, and uphold safety protocols on every site which is critical for the company.
He also prioritizes clear communication and proactive problem-solving, enabling our teams to anticipate challenges and deliver seamless project execution from start to finish.
